Why Join FORC?
By joining the QC Friends of Off-Road Cycling (FORC) you are playing an important part in promoting and sustaining mountain biking in the Quad Cities area. Since 1997 FORC has built over 40 miles of singletrack trail within the area. Your membership dollars go towards continued maintenance, improvement, and advocacy at current and future trail systems as well as MTB related educational programs. FORC, not the local governments, provides a vast majority of the equipment, materials, and labor to maintain the singletrack trail at local parks. FORC contributes around 1000 hours of volunteer trail work annually to keep the trails open.
Benefits of Being a FORC Member
- Participation in special FORC member only events
- Strengthen the voice of local mountain bikers to advocate for more trail access, development, and riding experiences.
- Give back to the community by volunteering at trail work days and community outreach events.
