Taming questions

Can anyone tell me if it's better to run flat pedals or clipless at Taming of the Slough? I am wondering how the transition from biking to running is set up.

That is kind of a judgment call. You have to decide if you will gain enough time using clipless to make up for the time lost changing into running shoes. There will be bike racks at the transition area where you will be able to put shoes, gloves, helmets..etc. After the ride, you will rack your bike and leave items not needed for the run. I know this isn't a definitive answer buy it's all I've got.:shrug:
