Hey everyone,
We have some new trails marked out and cleared just waiting to be benched and trial beds put in. After talking to Aaron and looking at the weather forecast, Sunday seems to be the best day this weekend.
Lets meet at 9:30 am at the golf course parking lot. We will be working on the north end. The new trails will be more challenging and will eliminate the double track sections.
The tools we will need, flat shovels, rakes, yard boss or two and anything else you think we will need.
Post up if you can make it and if the weather holds maybe can test ride the new section.
 Brad

I am going to try to make it. We have friends in town. Rage picked up the tools that I had last weekend.

Flat shovels and loopers should be enough.

OK, at risk of being considered the most selfish FORC member alive, I'm backing out of my plans to help with the work day. I just can't do it. I saw the forecast and it's supposed to be in the mid 50's tomorrow. I haven't ridden in 2 weeks. I've got to ride. I'm going to ride. Sorry. I'll catch you next time.

Hey Guys, brand new to this forum. Just found this site. I moved here from Tulsa about 1.5 years ago where they had and AWESOME place to mountain bike (Turkey Mountain, look it up on mtbr). Tried Scott county park when I first moved here and it sucked, at least where I rode, which just seemed like 10 ft wide grass horse trails. So obviously I was in the wrong place.

Wish I would have know earlier, I would have loved to come out and help with a new trail. let me know if you guys plan on doing any work in the future and I will be sure and help out.

thanks
Cory

I have someone's short handled loppers from the trail day yesterday. Post up if they are yours. Ryan
