Anyone got a bad rash?

Wow - is it just me or does anyone else have a bad rash after the stampeed?

The day after i started to get a bunch of little bumps, almost like poison ivy, but they dont bubble up..

I got em all over the backside of my knees, arms and my booty.. It itches real bad!

It *is* poison ivy and yes, a bunch of us have it.

In the summer months the island is covered in poison ivy. Apperntly the oils don't disapper over the winter. Got it on my legs and arms.

I didn't get any at the race, but a couple days before the race I fell and scrapped my arm. Ichy bumps on a wound sucks.

Yes, it's poison ivy. I get it about every time I ride. Didn't think about it this early in the season. Didn't realize until Wednesday...so, it's on my rear and behind my legs and knees and ankles. Worst case I've had in about 15 years.

To prevent the spreading or possibly stop it dead: Wash down after a ride with cold water and apply rubbing alcohol to suspect areas. And as mentioned in another post it doesn't go away, so the mud or your bike, clothes and shoes could still affect you.

It was a hell of a race and hopefully worth it.

One question: How did you all find time to roll around on the ground and still kick my ass in the race?!?
