Gameplan is to leave Saturday morning, Feb. 12th, drive up to Ray's, ride, get cleaned up at hotel (check the website for the # to the Sheraton to make your reservation -- $65 a night plus tax), grab dinner and hit a few brewpubs, ride again late Sunday morning / early afternoon, then head back home.
Who is going this weekend?

I am. Also, save your Ray's receipt, I was told you need to show it when checking in to get the Ray's rate.

I'll be up on Sunday.
Ray's has bikes to rent for pretty cheap correct? I heard that was the way to go rather than taking your own. Going to be rockin' the mullet...
Renting a bike there is a good way to go, especially if you only have an XC bike. They also have knee/shin/elbow guards to take advantage of...

Yes, I would recommend renting a bike. I think it was a Trek Signiture, dirt jumper. There is a free demo there too. They have many bikes to try out.
I will be going if I can make a day trip with some others. Anyone???

there is a tentative group from b&h going up for the day on sunday.... Russ, if this group falls through again, i will be up for a day trip. saturday or sunday, either way. ben, i would like to possibly reserve a seat in that van. (if i can take a bike along) i will find out definates as soon as possible with the other group. we have had plans for about 5 different days and ALL have come and gone with still no trip to rays....... i gotta get up there and a full vehicle is my best option for the moment as money is supa tight.
My dad and I are going to head up for a day trip Saturday. Russ would make 3, and there would be room for a couple more.

I looked at the brewery tour schedule and they only go through 3:30 or so if I recall. We won't get there til Noon. Want to ride, and don't expect that i will be done bt 2:30 in enough time to get to the tour. And, I don't want to do a tour first and then go to Ray's and ride after a having beer samples. I can hurt myself without alcohol! How about you join us at a brew pub Saturday night sometime? Just sent you a text.

I'm planning on leaving tomorrow morning and heading back Sunday whenever. I haven't heard any talk of ride sharing, I wouldn't mind getting in another vehicle or driving mine, just looking to make the trip a little easier on the wallet. If I end up driving I would have room for three bikes for those planning to bring their own. My bed is covered for those that prefer a bike not covered in salt...
Got room in my van be here at 745am

Good to see so many FORCers at Ray's! Anyone contemplating going... it's a MUST DO scenario! Had a blast! In the van on the way home as I type and already thinking of my return trip next weekend!
