with all the rain we've been having and no time to get trails dried out, one is forced to sit and dwell on what they could do to get a ride going.

its time the great ole qc's get into north shore style trails........ maybe we could build a raised trail somewhere within our reach.... rideable hours after a rainstorm comes through. whataya think? :shrug: i know i know. it'll never happen. just something that streamed through this brain of mine whilst sitting at the computer doing absolutely nothing. home alone, kidless and wifeless, yet sitting here doing nothing.

the roads are getting boring night after night......

I couldn't take it any more waiting for our trails to dry so when LAMBA posted that Beverly trail conditions were "fair" I hit the trails. It's an hour drive for me. Glad I did, nothing like dirt on your tires to make you feel alive. Most of their trails were in pretty good shape. Figures as their trails are pretty sandy. There was only one wet spot and it wasn't that bad. I avoided it the second lap around. All and all a very satisfying outing. Ahhh, seems like Levis/Trow Mound was just a faint memory...
