View Full Version : Drain tile for wet areas

Next level for dealing with soggy areas - put in a 'T' drain tile with the cross above the trail and the stem under the corduroy. I found a net "sock" to put over the tile to reduce the need for gravel backfill (who wants to haul a bunch of gravel down LT? Not me!). Water was draining immediately after we set the tile in place. So far, so good!

If you have any 6" dia. or larger PVC tubes or 4" perforated tile around 10' long or so that you want to get rid of, give a holla, we'll put it to use.

Used to have 4" drain tile tubing stuff in the garage. I'll check to see if it didn't get tossed. It's yours if I've got it.

I 10' if not more with the sock...the only problem is that it's 3 inch corrugated. If it works let me know.
