I'm taking an intern from my office to ride at Sunderbruch Tuesday night. He's never mountain biked before. Join us for a nice easy roll through the park.... 5:30 PM.

I hurt... even my elbows hurt. Ihad trouble getting out of bed this morning. My question is, then why can I not get this smile of my face? I want to thank all of you for help another new guy out last night. I hadd such a great time. Lt worked me pretty bad, thanks Aaron for not leaving me for dead. I will definately ride with (behind) you all anytime. Thanks again.

nice ride!! i have to give it to you - not many first time riders accept the challenge of LT and come out unscathed

heck, a lot of the more experienced riders in the club dread going through LT!!

very cool to see you out on the trails...keep an eye on the forum or talk to bexter, we are always finding time to ride (when mother nature cooperates!!!)
