We have 2 FORC pop ups that we will bring. Rick is racing sport~~~JB when/where do you need us to volunteer?

Joan,

I think we could use the most help with registration and set up. Call Becky B. about registration and we could use Rick in set up and tare down at the end of the day.

IF someone new to forc wanted to help in anyway what would be the best time to show up??

Yes, I will make up the racers bags. Whoever has the stuff PLEASE bring it to the meeting Monday so I can take it home and work on it. Thank you!

Do we need the clip boards that I have used at S.I.S.? How about ink pens? Don't want to have to drag a bunch of stuff out if it is not needed!

I will bring TP that we had available for S.I.S also! Anyone think of something they need me to bring, post up, call house, or call cell!

Yes, we could definitely use the clip boards and ink pens. Wondering if we should put a little blurb in the racer bags telling them about Scott County Park. I may print some up so those can go in the bags.

I'm going to be in charge of the course marshals, if I could get the names of people who would like to be course marshals that would be great.

Right now I have these people who have said that they would help; Amy , Jim Y. , Gunchie , Mark N.

Chuck Zelnio will be able to work novice and sport/expert. I will be riding novice but can work sport/expert.
